Latent Productions is a real estate development company created by architects in the 1990's and inspired by the re-emergent business model of independent film production.  We are active collaborators in the design process, and producers - in the filmmaking sense of the word - of quality progressive architecture.

This site is intended to inform, educate, and promote.  It is a marketing tool.  It is an internal operating reference manual.  It is an "open source" contribution to professional peers working along somewhat parallel paths.
